The Onida F910 is a dual SIM device from the LifeStyle F series that supports two GSM connections. It has excellent features and a decent 2.0 inch TFT screen. The phone’s user interface and menu arrangement are quite good. The looks of the phones are good and it has followed the minimalist design with very few add-ons on the sides. The left side of the phone has just the volume rocker. On the right of the phone is the multi-function port for USB connectivity, charging and handsfree. The volume rocker on the left panel also doubles as the menu select button. At the back is the 2.0 megapixel camera that takes decent pictures. The screen gives sharp and crisp pictures. The front panel of the Onida F910 has the earpiece just above the screen. The alpha-numeric keypad is comfortable and easy to use. The D-pad is surrounded by two calling buttons for SIM1 and SIM2 on the left and the select and END button along with the soft key on the right. The D-pad’s four way keys can be manipulated for shortcuts menus. The 2.0 megapixel camera takes decent pictures but lacks a flash. Thus pictures clicked outdoors are much better than ones taken indoors or in low light conditions. The phone’s 2-megapixel camera can also be used as a web camera. All you need to do is install the bundled driver that will initiate the phone’s camera as a web camera. Basic features like color effects and the night mode have been added to the camera. The F910 also has GPRS capability which is a great addition. However, the small screen is not ideal for browsing experience. However, the performance of the phone’s browser is better than the other phones in this range. The signal reception of the device is good. But the voice starts to echo when the signal goes weak. It has a 1050 mAh battery which lasts for about three and half hours of talking and one hour of music.
